What we do with the information you send us.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, company, email address, country and project details you enter. If you email us or send reference photographs, we receive those as well.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry and, if you commission work, to run and document the commission. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become commissions are kept only as long as needed to answer them. Commission records, including photographs of work in progress, are kept as the production and shipping record for that piece.

Photographs

We photograph work in progress as a normal part of the process. Your own reference material and images of your piece are not published on this site or used in marketing without asking you first.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. If we use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to count visits, no personal data is stored in your browser.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by writing to sales@yantangstone.com. If we have already been instructed to delete it, we will confirm when that is done.

This page is a plain-language summary of how we handle enquiry information. It is not legal advice and it may be updated as our process changes.
