Before you write

The questions overseas clients ask most often.

What should I send with my enquiry?

Photographs or a drawing of the subject, the finished height you want, your preferred stone if you have one, and the destination port or city. If you would rather just talk it through first, email us at sales@yantangstone.com and we will ask for what we need.

Do you ship to Vietnam and Taiwan, China?

Yes — these are our two main export destinations. Shipments normally leave on FOB terms from Xiamen or Fuzhou, and we can also work with your forwarder on CIF or door-to-door terms.

How is a large statue packed?

Pieces taller than roughly 2.5 m are carved in two to seven blocks and assembled on site. Each block goes into a plywood case on foam and timber blocking, banded with steel strapping, with the carved faces wrapped. We photograph every case open and closed, and the loading as well.

Can I visit the workshop?

Yes, by appointment. Tell us when you expect to be in Fujian and we will arrange a time that lets you see work in progress rather than a tidy yard.

How long does a quote take?

Within 24 hours in most cases, Monday to Saturday. Commissions that need a stone recommendation first, or that involve an existing figure to match, may take a little longer — we will tell you if we need more before we can quote properly.

Prefer to write directly?
